A new constitution: The adoption of a new constitution that contains a comprehensive, universal Bill of Rights, which also protects plants and animals and acknowledges humanity’s physical, mental and spiritual potential.
A fourth branch of government: The creation of a fourth branch of government, the audit branch, with the power to audit the other three branches: the legislature, the executive and the judiciary.
Ethical leadership: The introduction of strict legislated reforms that require those elected to public office on the local, state and federal levels to be held to a high ethical standard and to be legally accountable for their conduct.
Electoral contracts: All candidates standing in local, state or federal elections to be required by law to sign their election platform, with provision for elected candidates who violate their electoral contract to be sued in a court of law for breach of contract.
